Singing at the Royal Albert Hall with the Crouch End Festival Chorus

For something a little musically different (for me) I’m delighted to have recently joined the Crouch End Festival Chorus. Today it was my first time singing at the Royal Albert with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra performing to a screening of the movie Home Alone - it was a blast!

It’s amazing to hear the intricacies of John Williams’ music up close and from a different perspective. I never appreciated how much percussion he included to bring atmosphere and comedy to his compositions. It was also adorable to hear the laughter from the audience at all those critical moments!
